A global collaboration with local support
The CETP is a transnational initiative that brings together organisations from across Europe and beyond to collaborate on cutting-edge energy solutions. For Scottish businesses and research organisations, this is a chance to partner with international experts and access significant funding to develop transformative technologies. In 2025 companies from the SE and South of Scotland Enterprise (SoSE) regions are eligible to apply.
A track record of growing success
Interest from Scottish organisations has grown steadily since the CETP’s inception. In the first two calls, four Scottish-led projects were recommended for funding, with more expected to be announced soon. This momentum highlights Scotland’s strong position in the global clean energy landscape.
