About me

I own Arbikie Highland Estate with my brothers where our Arbikie Distillery aims to be one of the world's most sustainable distilleries. We are making good progress on that journey having distilled the first climate-positive gin & vodka, Nadar in collaboration with the James Hutton Institute and Abertay University, as our Master Distillery, Dr Kirsty Black's PHD.
