Agri news: EU Parliament Committee – fertilisers
On 28-29 November, the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development will hold a public hearing on reducing impacts of fertilisers.
The Committee will also discuss the draft regulation on the sustainable use of pesticides; the situation of the European garlic sector; the EU food security preparedness and response mechanism, and the inter-institutional aspects of the latest CAP reform. AGRI Members will also consider the draft report on food security and long-term resilience of EU agriculture; the draft opinion on the Commission communication on outermost regions, and the amendments to the draft implementing report on the school’s scheme for fruit, vegetables, milk and dairy products foreseen in the Common Market Organisation Regulation.
