Energy – ETZ: Subsea robotics firm acquired

North Sea energy inspection robot business HPR ROV has been acquired by energy technology firm Subtron Group.

The deal should help it escalate existing research and development initiatives, expanding its footprint to handle demand in the renewable energy sector, while continuing to serve its core markets decarbonising and reducing cost in oil and gas decommissioning.
