New Scottish investment bank launches following merger with additional sector expertise, including in the technology, healthcare and energy sectors

Full-service offering enabled following completion of the deal between Cenkos and finnCap.

A new Scottish independent investment bank, Cavendish, has been created, following completion of Cenkos Securities’ merger with finnCap Group.

Operating from Cenkos’ existing offices in Edinburgh, Cavendish will now add mergers and aquisitions, private capital and debt advisory to its existing equity capital markets services for both Scottish businesses.

The merger should bring additional sector expertise, including in the technology, healthcare and energy sectors.
