Scottish start-up raises €40 million to scale plant-based food production
Latest funding will also be used to grow its teams in Glasgow, London and at Sas van Gent
A Glasgow-based food technology start-up has raised €40m in a funding round co-led by European venture capital firm World Fund and food tech investor CPT Capital. Founded in 2015, ENOUGH’s produces the ABUNDA mycoprotein, fermenting fungi using renewable feedstocks to make alternative ingredient proteins at scale.
